OURORA Refunds & Returns
At OURORA, every product is created just for you, with care and intention. Because our items are printed on demand through our trusted partner Printful, each one is made especially for your order.
We want you to feel good about your purchase, so here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
🛒 Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
💛 Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing
Because each item is printed just for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or if you decide the item isn’t quite right. Please check our size guides and product details carefully before ordering.
📦 Shipping Address Responsibility
We want your OURORA order to find its way safely to you. Please take a moment to double-check your shipping details when placing your order — it makes all the difference.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we’re unable to cover replacements. If the package is returned to us, we’ll happily arrange reshipment, but the cost will need to be covered by the customer.
