CONSULT STRUCTURE
This is a one-on-one sleep consultation designed to support your baby’s natural rhythms and your whānau’s wellbeing. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your pre-consult questionnaire and instructions on how to access your session.
Your consultation includes a 60-minute private session, a personalised sleep plan, and seven days of follow-up support to guide you through each step with clarity and confidence.
