TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Ourora Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”). By booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or accessing any Ourora resource, you agree to the following terms.
Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, unexpected circumstances, or different-than-expected outcomes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made under 24 hours from the session time will be charged in full.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are also charged in full and cannot be rebooked or credited.
Late arrivals will shorten the session length to avoid impacting other bookings.
Missed Consults & Follow-Up Support
Follow-up support must be used within the timeframe provided for your package.
Unreturned messages or delays from the client do not extend the support period.
Additional support beyond the package may incur an extra fee.
Service Disclaimer
Ourora provides education and wellbeing guidance only.
Services are not medical treatment, clinical advice, or therapy.
Sleep and wellbeing outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Please contact a healthcare professional for medical concerns or emergencies.
Client Responsibilities
By booking, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information in your pre-consult questionnaire
• Implement guidance to the best of your ability
• Maintain respectful communication during follow-up support
• Accept full responsibility for caregiving decisions
Digital Products & Resources
Digital materials are for personal use only.
Redistributing, sharing, copying, or reselling Ourora content is prohibited.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
Ourora complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act.
Information may only be shared where required by law or if safety is at risk.
Service Changes
We may update prices, services, or content at any time.
Existing bookings will be honoured at the price paid.
Limitation of Liability
Ourora is not liable for outcomes influenced by factors outside our control, including caregiving approaches, health conditions, or family routines.
By using our services, you accept responsibility for decisions regarding your child and whānau.
